Integrated security and fraud risk management
Most organisations face an increasing percentage of their customer base connecting to online services with malware infected computers, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and even the home set top box, which can then attempt to subvert user information, passwords, account details, access to corporate networks and other valuable data.
Given this reality, there is a need for organisations to be proactive in knowing and verifying the security health status of all computers and smart devices that connect their online services, to be able to instantly react in real-time to the threats that malware infected computers bring to both organisations and end users, and to be able to secure transactions even if an end-user PC or computing device is infected by malware.
Unfortunately, most organisations still rely on end-users to ensure their computers are properly secured and updated, but the issue is they have no visibility of the end-users computing device real-time security health before a transaction begins, and are thus opening themselves up to alarming security risks, loss of customer confidence and potential reputational brand damage.
The solutions needed to deliver this transactional security must work seamlessly with existing Internet security suites and multi-authentication factor schemes, must integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure, must have negligible performance impacts, must deliver enterprise-class reporting and must be able to secure transactions even on malware infected computers.
Having the right complimentary technology in place with these capabilities is the strategic new way to deliver a dramatically enhanced level of integrated security and fraud risk management to organisations.
TrustDefender’s third-generation security suite of products and services has been specifically designed to overcome all of these issues discussed above and deliver on its promise of reducing the cost of online fraud – for organisations and end-users alike.
